Front office & Reception can register a guest compliant in Property Management Module.
An Email will be sent to the concern Department Head listing the issue as the Subject.
Department Head should address the issue and mention type the solution they provided (Temporary/Permanent). HOD can assign employee to work on that compliant.
After addressing the issue, HOD will Finalize the generated complaint.
Users can update the Complaint Repository in Customer Relationship Management Module [C.R.M].
